Who We Are

At Community Digital Access, we believe that everyone deserves the confidence to use technology in their daily lives. Our mission is to equip people with essential digital skills so they can stay connected, access important services, and live more independently in today’s online world.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we exist for one purpose: to create a community where everyone—regardless of age, income, or background—has the skills and confidence to navigate the digital world and benefit from the opportunities it offers.

With the right skills and access to technology, people can feel more empowered, connected, and in control of their lives.

What We Offer

At Community Digital Access, we provide hands-on digital skills training, advice, and support to individuals who may otherwise be left behind in the digital world. Our focus is on overlooked communities—including older adults (55+), rural residents, those in deprived areas, and people out of work—in the Black Country, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire.

We are for the community and will be in the community—bringing our programmes directly to local venues, making learning accessible, convenient, and welcoming.

Our first programme is a community-based digital training initiative designed to provide easy-to-follow, hands-on learning for those who need it most. Whether you want to use a smartphone, send an email, or stay safe online, we’re here to make technology simple, useful, and accessible for everyone.

This is just the beginning. As funding and resources become available, we will expand our support through exciting projects, including:

🔹Device Donation Scheme – Refurbishing and redistributing donated tech to those in need.
🔹New Digital Courses – Covering online banking, job applications, social media, and more.
🔹Drop-in Digital Help Sessions – Offering quick, informal support for everyday tech challenges.
